Hi, I'm sorry you're here.

You are not alone.

My name is Gabriel. I am dad to three miscarriages, one stillborn daughter, an energetic six year old son, and a newborn rainbow baby.

Our stories likely differ but we share in the same pain. Sadly, there are many of us. I'm sorry we ever had to meet.

What is this Care Package?

This Care Package is an online, video-based resource I created as a starting point to help in the healing process.

I'm so thankful to the specially chosen handful of peers below for walking with us through our grief.

More than simply sharing their stories of loss, we learn practical ways to start understanding our pain, coping with our grief, and taking steps to grow beyond our loss.

How does it work?

You will receive four emails sent over one week. Each email includes the videos and I share more of my story. They will be in your inbox when you're ready to view them.

The DAY 1 videos will be in your inbox immediately after you click 'Please send me a Care Package'.

In August 2017, I had a first trimester miscarriage during my first pregnancy. Although my husband and I had never even seen a picture of this baby, as baby didn't make it to the first scan, we loved them so much. It hit my husband and I hard. We've now got our rainbow baby but often think of our first. I've shared your site with my husband and hope it'll help us keep moving forward. Thank you for sharing your raw experiences with us. It helps those who haven't walked this journey understand and the rest of us not feel so alone.

FAQ

How much does this Care Package cost?

It's free.

Can anyone receive a Care Package?

Yes. The talks are catered to dads of miscarriage, stillbirth and infant loss, but I understand that dads of loss thrive with supportive family and friends.

If you're a partner, family member or friend, you'll gain valuable insight into their grief and how to support them in their healing.

Why is it sent over the course of one week via email?

Googling can be overwhelming. It was for me.

I don't want to swamp you with too much information too fast.

As a short, focused series of email videos, you'll always have access to it in your inbox, to view when you have time and refer back if you wish.

Personally, it's how I would want to receive this support.

I hope it helps.

I feel like you're telling our story. Down to the shopping for post birth bits. It's very comforting. Thank you for sharing your story.
